Indosuez Wealth Management first international private bank certified Great Place to Work in 2023 in Spain 
 

Madrid, 18 July 2023 - Indosuez Wealth Management, the global wealth management brand of Crédit Agricole Group, is pleased to announce that its Spanish branch has received the "Certified by Great Place to Work®" award for the year 2023 to 2024. 

Indosuez Wealth Management joins the ranks of companies in Spain that have been awarded and recognised by their employees for the quality of their working lives, and thus becomes the first international private bank to be awarded the label this year in Spain.

From 24 June to 4 July, a survey was carried out among the 76 members of the branch, with a 97.3% participation rate, which 82% thought that Indosuez in Spain is a great place to work.

A certification in line with Indosuez’s Human Project

This certification is in line with the Human Project component of Ambitions 2025, the medium-term plan that aims to make Indosuez the preferred socially responsible employer in the Wealth Management industry through the implementation of a collaborative and inclusive working environment.

Indosuez in Spain employees rated highly the bank's credibility, respect and fairness, as well as sociability with their colleagues and managers. They also expressed a strong sense of belonging.

They highlighted the good integration of newcomers with the established teams, and the general empathy between teams. The management of the 2020 health crisis was also highlighted as a great example of solidarity and care for every individual situation. This image of the Indosuez Group is still valid today and is reflected in the human leadership of its managers.

Management was described as accessible and flexible, particularly in terms of work-life balance. In addition, managers share values based on meritocracy, and teams feel a sense of trust and recognition.

The answers highlighted the opportunity to access a range of training courses throughout the year, the strategic location of the offices, the ongoing growth of commercial activities, and the pride of working for a leader in the private banking sector.
